X, I was not aware that Dr Lebby is STILL actively engaged in legal cases of other companies.

Is that the right interpretation of your extremely long list?

While there may be interesting and important benefits to him in terms of knowledge gained from being involved with these cases,

I can't help but wonder if it is a good thing or not for his attention to be divided I always prefer that management be 100% focused and when they are not it is a red flag to me - or at least a yellow one.
