Well, he's not far off, but that patent filing is sure behind the scope and calendar at this date. He may also be right, since trials could commence during patent approval time, so for all perspectives, it could take LONGER or it could happen about that time. Just depends upon when real trials begin. The NDA nonsense of ENZC is now just scammer-criminal in nature. CC could at least tell us what kind of info is being withheld at this point, and give us a real update on product development, test results and new milestone schedules.
He won't even do that, lending huge credibility to bashers here using facts, myself included. As usual, I'll sign off saying once again, "I hope I'm wrong, but it looks shady as heck, all due to current ENZC upper management."
