I explained why we haven't seen any securities class action law firm notices of investigating Anavex. I also said hopefully with AD and/or Rett approval we won't see any, only potentially in the case of no approval from currently completed trial results.

So what is there to get upset about? Especially as it was you bringing up the no law suits defence of Anavex clearly not meeting all P2b/3 endpoints per protocol.
