Having personally visited the clerk’s office in Jefferson County JUST LAST WEEK, I can categorically state that your statement is not accurate, actually an outright lie. The deal with SHMP in Jefferson County is dead and highly unlikely anyone in a Jefferson County will or wants to stick their neck out for SHMP again, after miserable failing the first time around. It’s actually a bit of a joke there.

FYI, JeffCo just went through a huge employee shake up and rehiring process

and Florida, although still on, needs grant money from the county.
