This falls into Investor's thesis that (1) Anavex is lying about having met stat sig in the trial and (2) that the rubes at the European Medicines Agency fell for it. (Keep in mind that, at a minimum, the EMA staff would have to buy the Odds Ratio and/or .025 numbers, already public.)

Either that, or Investor doesn't know what he's talking about or is intentionally BSing here.

Seems like an easy choice to me.

If Anavex numbers were disregarded it is a political issue that has nothing to do with the science of healing.
