LG, So you are agreeing with LP's position that everyone who owned WaMu shares of various flavors- even those who did NOT Release , will get to 'partake' in the "F&R" recoveries promised? That's a 180 from the opinion you held till now that you would have had to "Release" to see any recoveries for your WaMu Stock holdings. Could you provide more clarity on your thinking now?
