NO one who is honest or with any sense can say they've enjoyed the company progress since the ASM - the reality is the company has been extremely quiet.

My default posture on silence has been that the progress has been lacking. It still is.

BUT given the incredible demand within the industry for solutions and the increased visibility of the company, and the likelihood that they have made SOME progress during this time, I still remain relatively positive for the time being that the positive messaging from the company on Dec 4 may have more validity than in past years.

In response to Harry’s question during the Benzinga All Access interview, Lebby stated he wanted to sign deals with committed partners who wanted to adopt the technology for years to come rather than just give it a try for a while. (Clearly paraphrased)!

In my opinion, the Tier 1 companies have big egos and a strong desire to out negotiate a small mostly pre revenue company. However, Dr Lebby knows Lightwave has an incredible value proposition and he is not giving an inch at the table. Again, this is my opinion as to why the bigger deals are taking so long.
