This company was SEC reporting, audited, issued 8-Ks etc - https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VRUS/disclosure

I spent years on that board pointing out what a fraud the whole show was.

I was constantly attacked for doing so, w/ the usual idiots claiming I was "trying to buy shares cheaper" per that asinine 'bashers handbook' trope.

That CEO also happened to be CEO of multiple OTC sub-penny pumps, with well-known monied-insiders heavily invested, etc.

Not equating $VRUS to $GSTC, but trying to help educate you on how little audited 10-Ks and filed 8-Ks actually mean in OTC.

Just sayin', because you posted as if an 8-K mattered...

Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't.
