Instead he attempted to prevent the legitimate transfer of power to his elected successor. He tried to take away the 81 million legal votes away illegally + incited his supporters to violent riot ( insurrection ) on the Capital. You of course don't care about that, only cry about a legal section ( 3 ) of the the 14th amendment be legally applied in Court for that outrageous traitorous conduct. It requires him to be barred from office to set an example for others. But since there is a corrupt Supreme Court that lacks the courage to apply the law, please stop the insulting tears.
