Instead he attempted to prevent the legitimate transfer of power to his elected successor. He tried to take away the 81 million legal votes away illegally + incited his supporters to violent riot ( insurrection ) on the Capital. You of course don't care about that, only cry about a legal section ( 3 ) of the the 14th amendment be legally applied in Court for that outrageous traitorous conduct.
