BUT .. why not simply call it "recorded release markers" at DTC(C) (or something like that) ?

And on the other hand you wrote that the big boys are waiting for their "payments" as well .. how do you know that ? For me it is just an assumption. Or do you have any proof that anybody from the big boys is still waiting for any returns from P's, K's or U's ? Where to read ? Just because they had been invested several years ago means not that they are still waiting :-)
