CPA Kid's friends have talked to me about their investments. Many bought Apple as their first investment, or perhaps Tesla, and then jumped on a hot fad "play" for their 2nd stock... often one of those fake food fad stocks that are pretty dead lately. Those kids are smart and impressively sensible in picking stocks But there are exceptions. One loaded up on an oat milk IPO which quickly fell 90% These are smart kids. None bought penny stocks (which they all know are junk). None play crypto. None has mentioned options.
