If its too good to be true than it is not true. Yes Amarco could buy it for cash since they have $229 Billion in cash but it would not be petty cash even for them! BTW Amarco only has a capitalization of 2.1 trillion in US dollar terms while MSFT has a capitalization of 2.7 trillion. Apple has the largest capitalization with 3.3 trillion. Like I said no one is going to spend that much money and dilute shareholders when they are not acquiring a substantial revenue base. It simply is unacceptable to record that much good will on the books for an acquisition I still say if you believe those numbers you are dreaming.
No one spends that kind of money on a unproven product without a revenue base growing exponentially. It has never been done and there is good reason why! VLDI would be very hard pressed to get even $1.00 per share which is a slim possibility if it had customers lining up.
