Most longs believe that the PIM and National Priority designations and Dr. Ashkan’s influence actually will speed up approval. You and the others can ignore this all you want but if these designations and what Dr. Ashkan wants for all his patients actually mean anything then approval will come ASAP and not at the end of a deliberately prolonged process. Something you should know about business, ex, is that if you can't do the very simple thing of doing what you say you will do, no one will trust or believe anything you say.

You said you would leave these boards if NWBO got the MAA out by 2023, and you clearly aren't going to honor that. Frankly, I would have had more respect if you came in with "I got it totally wrong, but with my tail between my legs, I've decided to stick around anyway."

I will ignore further communications from you as I don't see much of a point in engaging with someone who doesn't stand behind his words. Best of luck!
