You are borderline insane, so a criminal enters a bank to rob it, he had someone on the inside who helped him plan this robbery, and outside of the bank are his lookouts and getaway driver to assist him in getting away.

Now you are claiming that is perfectly fine with you, because millions of people are not helping in this robbery.

You cannot even produce a credible argument for discussion.

It's the Capitol you nitwit and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what went on that day and not conclude that it was an attempted coup fomented by that orange ogre and his henchmen.

Millions of people have jobs and aren't able to join the traveling clown show or take time out of their days to try to execute the vice president or speaker of the house but thousands did and they are all slowly but surely paying the price for their actions.

We have this little thing called the constitution and every state also has their own version. If you violate a constitutional law, then you are held accountable period end of story.

Not so sure why this idea is so hard for you to grasp.

Please, the support for the bogus 'stop the steal' crap had/has more than enough GOP House and Senate supporters, and certainly sufficiently large numbers of Orange Hitler supporters throughout the country, to constitute a critical mass of treason weasels who would do it all again if Trump runs and loses.

And, of course, you would not let similar numbers of supporters of a defeated Biden, doing the exact same thing, off with the more gentle word 'sedition'.

livefree_ordie, You argue the courts should not make the decision whether or not Trump should be on any state ballot for 2024.

You say let him on, then leave it to the people's vote.

Yet in giving comfort to the "folks entering the Capital" you give comfort to those attempting to deny the people the vote.

In the two positions you directly contradict yourself.

That's ignoring the fact you say your country is based on the rule of law, yet you deny the courts role in that.

You arguments are so muddled you must love spaghetti. I do too, but i don't argue like a bowl of it.
