I give no comfort to those entering the Capital the way they did so it was totally uncalled for. My argument here is it was not what is known as an insurrection. It does not rise to that level. Courts should do whatever it is they do in charging these intruders/individuals entering into the building. There was no way with this small amount of folks that the final vote would not be ratified/certified by the V.P. Their actions are being handled properly by the Court system for this trespass and destruction of property and personal injury.
I totally disagree on any Court deciding whose name can be on any State ballot. You folks here like this idea!!! It is the first step into a real dictatorship of a few wayward Judges who allow this to occur to limit American voices with these votes to be counted.. Hopefully legal smarter Judges of a higher authority will take ten minutes to see this cannot stand and believe me they will strike it down as it disallows folks votes to be heard, voter suppression.
This is a pretty big deal folks and must be quelled. All the other candidates should remove their names from CO. Ballots then so no one can vote in this State. Or do a caucus system this time around. We as citizens cannot allow a Court to decide the fate of any election anywhere and not allow those voices to be heard. What are they afraid of here? Their names are not on the ballot!!!
