I'd say the first deal was probably the hardest but I dont think it will be the most complex. The question is,,, are the deals that they are working on even remotely related to the first deal?

Because lightwaves material triples the speed in silicon photonics, it will have many uses. So you wouldn't use the template for a 2km to 10km technology transfer modulator contract for an agreement on a completely different vertical that is for materials only.

In other words, a modulator in a data center is different than lidar in an autonomous vehicle. An Intel contract vs. a Tesla contract or, let's say, an NVDA contract used in AI or a Military contractor using perk in lidar for missiles would certainly be different than sensors for medical devices, and would require totally different verbage. Silicon occurs naturally in nature, Lightwaves Polymer is only available from LWLG. And they all need it!!!

I walked up on a conversation with management, talking about the importance of getting the first one under their belt.

Xster, xster read all about it.

Also, remember the device patents. There will be deals to use those as well.

How about a foundry contract? It would be different than a tier 1 agreement.

These deals if they happen are going to be all over the place as far as revenue numbers. The question becomes who will be the lead player for LWLG handling the complex situation. Does LWLG have a sharpshooter waiting in the wings that could help the company. God help us if Lebby turns it over to JM for advice. I would rather have Hunter Biden calling the shots.
