Not sure Im understanding the auction correctly. They got $107+ for the bonds indicating more buyers than supply.
Could be flight to safety?

there's gotta be some correlation of the 20 year and the markets but with other indicators as well...I don't know how treasuries affect the markets, where's a good place to start that clarifies this???
