I looked them up... nice company but the problem is the time line... the way the PR reads they are going to help AFFU through out 2024 and its not going to happen right away... things they are talking about... for instance acquisitions, there is a due diligence time frame for all acquisitions and it takes any where from 60 to 90 days to close... expansion of OneMind... they did just hire new people and they seem to be setting up for moving out of just smart cities...but that also is time consuming... so where does that leave the stock and its current sub penny status... leaves it with very little choice other then to do a reverse split... Durham is going to tell them they can not get the financing or institutional investors they will need for this expansion if they are a sub penny stock... None of this was covered in the PR... they just talked about the plans, not how they will finance those plans.... lets not forget the last Q and the two previous ones showed this company had revenue of 5.3 hundred thousand dollars for quarters 1 and 2 and 4.5 hundred thousand dollars for Q 3 That is not going to pay for what they have in mind... so unless they can get non dilutive financing their only alternative is to RS this... Todays news has not brought in new investors... stock is back to its normal volume prior to yesterday... All we can hope is that there is something going on with OneMInd that will be released soon and send this skyrocketing like the news of Dell did in 2022 Which is when I got in as well as many others who are here but dont post much or if any at all.
