On EDGAR you will find that Sharp filed an Reg A+ on 06/12/2020 and on 02/28/2022 the SEC declared it Abandoned.

Anyone can file a S-1 but will it ever pass questions by the SEC.

Sharp couldn't get a name and symbol change for GVSI and it has been 4 months.

Are you ignoring facts such as Sharp bringing two assets (Ligand and Maverick) both were scams.

Filing a S-1 is meaningless unless it is deemed effective and that will take months. But more time for Sharp to pump.

It is obvious that Sharp is desperate for money.
