Hi North, AMRN can't withdraw it's ANDA for the Trig indication unless there is a safety problem with the drug.

Thanks for the additional perspectives and insights !!
I hope "normal" retention limits did not eliminate crucial evidence that might have existed with the previous legal cases; this all seems like a very long shot imo.
