$50 billion buyout on a company that currently has a market cap of roughly $50 million? The company allegedly (according to Enzolytics and Sagaliam) recently sold both of it's subsidiaries that contain the majority of it's intellectual property for less than $0.5 billion (half a billion dollars in fictional share value).
