16 months ago, there was a rumor that an entity named Synergy, based in Kathmandu, was going to buy $10 million worth of ActiPatches and sell them on the other side of the globe.

KitoTech in Seattle apparently signed a deal with Synergy within the last year:

I contacted the KitoTech CEO back in March and asked him if it bothered him that the Synergy website had disappeared. He informed me that the Synergy guy assured HIM that the Synergy website was simply being redesigned and updated. Wonder what other lies that Synergy guy told KitoTech.

Also of interest: the KitoTech CEO said they were shipping product to Dubai. I just hope KitoTech got paid and waited for the check to clear before shipping product to Dubai.

I considered contacting KitoTech for an update, but why bother -- I think I already know the answer, because Synergy is not listed on this page with KitoTech's other distributors:

Synergy is/was a corporation that Bioelectronics stated would be purchasing 975,000 Actipatches over an 18 month period after Synergy got some sort of clearance from somewhere somehow & that was over a year ago - !!
