I do put the cast iron Dutch oven on 1 of my BBQ's and fry chips, but that is a summer thing.

My wife rarely if ever, eats fried foods.
I just don't like the smell.

The only thing I deep fry is onion rings in my Fry Daddy out on the deck. There is no frying in the house.
