I find it hard to believe that it a single Series A shareholder hasn’t walked back into court and expose the fundamental lie perpetrated to the court and make clear that some Series A shareholders received a 1 for 1 distribution, but one person, the CEO, somehow ends up with series A, of which all or any one, is equal to an amount of the entire OS at the time of conversion.

Both scenarios cannot be correct.

Any Series A shareholder is seriously cheated. Why won’t a single one of these sheep go back after the company ? (Other than the company is insolvent, in my opinion)
