The median age was 56, which is the exact same as the Stupp trial. You can find this in Table 1 of Jama or JTM articles, and Table 1 of Stupp's NEJM article.

I'll bet the 40-50 year old age group was greatly represented in the DCVax trial.

50 patients Age > 65 (JAMA – between 65 and 73 years old)
25% patients Age < 50 ( approximately 60 patients ; cfr. Phacilitate Conference)
The majority of the DCVax-L patients are between 50 and 65 years old; approximately 122 patients.

Note: only 6 patients are Age > 65 years in the DCVax-L placebo group (n= 99) (Phacilitate Conference)
