I have no problem with a product having different names in different sales areas. Nova in the US market is just a name, in the Latin markets it translates to "not going". I wouldn't want to buy a car that is called "Not Going".
Enzolytics does have a problem with clarity of their PRs.
The following PR reads like IPF Immune will be produced in North America, but it is not.
