The House Reps will for sure wont play ball, Ive tried to understand what happens if they cant agree on these 12 spending bills. In the past i think the CR's allowed the depts to increase +8% each year? McCarthy's agreement would change that to 1% cut if no passage, but off the 8% or off of the 2022 amount?
