No idea. The patent dates are well after the merger, so why would they use Bioclonetics on the patent?
The patents aren't user friendly to read though, so maybe they were introduced before the merger... Maybe they can't change it to Enzolytics or Biogenysis or maybe the WIPO doesn't care either way.
