Re 400M to Sloan Kettering from KG and we should all recognize the other co donor. Can you imagine if that 400M went to the LA cancer center…..

I’m certainly not a legal eagle, however I would have thought the judge would rule on the MTD sooner than later given the flimsy arguments of the defense and the solid well prepared arguments that LP brought?

Any attorneys and judges out there who might put a better perspective on the timing of the MTD disposition?
