If GLD's allegations about ENZC leadership being complicit in this deal turn out to be false, then they could stand a chance for the compensation. The would have to stand in line though. I believe there is still a lawsuit because of the failed AEC deal, then there is liquidation of the SPAC to shareholders, how much money does SAGA have?
