We have seen this before in very high tech-competitive scenarios, typically in electronics where a companies staff are recognized as being-joining with the very best. This is exactly how "silicon Valley" got started. These people know what they want and where to be when the bell goes off. They are going b/c it is a, "once in a lifetime opportunity." ..and they know it. Most could w/o doubt choose alternatives. This is a very positive sign for Dr.M and the AVXL team...wish them the very best.
