I said nothing of the kind.
What I said is that every time Anavex makes a new hire (which by the way they rarely deem important enough to announce), there are people who immediately jump to the conclusion that because someone took a job it means WGT. That assumption is useful only for the purpose of reinforcing already held beliefs. It is antithetical to critical thinking that continually questions existing assumptions in order to strive for greater knowledge and truth.
When Dr. Fadiran joined Anavex, the WGTers immediately assumed that WGT because why else would an FDA veteran join Anavex unless he was certain of FDA approval? Now that Dr. Fadiran has left the company, should we therefore assume that he decided FDA would never approve Blarcamesine and therefore made for the exit?
If the logic works one way then surely it works the other way.
