I’ll leave it to someone more connected to company insiders to respond to this. It doesn’t look like they’ve hired any promoters which to me is a good sign and selling shares is not their primary motive. And I’m sure everyone is tired of hearing about spin offs but if one gets bought that’s company IP and it sounds like that is the goal here.
