Here's your answer IMHO - Anyone who willfully accepts being called a POS, among many other demeaning terms, day in and day out, must be getting paid. I mean, you'd have to think very little of yourself to be the pinaeta for insults, unless there's monetary compensation. Still, it's something I can't rationalize, but their anonymity and compensation must work for this kind of character. It's sleezy, but it's right here in plain sight.
