I love muffins and cakes. I used to make a cake in my 9x13 cake pan lined with no stick foil. Let it cook, frost it, slice it up and freeze the whole thing, then take out and wrap the pieces in plastic wrap, put in freezer bag and back in freezer. When you want a piece of cake just take one out and unwrap right away so the frosting doesn't come off on the plastic wrap, just let thaw and tah dah, fresh cake. mmm mmm

OMG, I hate you, LOL I'll be making all kinds of stuff in those tins from the recipe link you posted. Checking some out now.
