This Ticker was on the Expert Market for 2 years. It's also low on the overall OTC radar. The folks who have bought are still accumulated and a few new folks are coming on board. I would argue there's little to no bid support, as some are just selling, having forgotten they had shares and don't care to wait. Bid/Ask will tighten up eventually.
But I will also argue that the shell is more valuable than current market cap. Even middle of the road company/merger here will see a huge increase in value.
