No. It would be a waste of time. First, not sure what all this Lawsuit was/is about. I was going to read the Case, but didn't when I saw someone's post that the Judge had dismissed it. I removed the Page from my computer screen. So IF I even went there, I don't even know what to ask or say! I think it's best left for CC to handle. Which I have no doubt he will do correctly. (All I could ascertain of it was that this woman (name escapes me now) who brokered the SPAC Deal btwn ENZC & SAGA decided she wasn't getting a fair enough shake, so sued SAGA for more money, based on her premise/accusation that SAGA had not complied in the required time-frame to extend the Deal-- that the last monthly Extension expired in Aug. 2023, so was therefore no longer eligible to continue the Deal-- so by default, or non-compliance with the time-frame, they were BOOTED OUT! That's all I could get out of it. Is there something else?)

Furthermore, I think it's always risky to approach someone who's backed into a corner. Especially going to a person's house! When I was a HUD & VA Real Estate Broker sponsoring 9 Sales Agents for almost 2 yrs for all the Foreclosures in Houston (1988/89 era), we were instructed by VA to NOT go to any of the homes that had been foreclosed upon, as the occupants can get very vicious & may fire guns at anyone whom they perceive as a threat coming to evict them from their domicile! They become very hostile and protective. NOT SURE what I'd encounter over there IF I were to even go. Which I'm not.
