Poor Pepeoil. You have posted two links which one might carelessly assume are supportive of your allegation(s.)

Though the title describes these documents as "Amended Complaints," further examination reveals that both documents are, (oh, yea, wait for it) Agreements. In both cases, the complaint has been amended such that a legal pathway towards agreement was reached.

The formerly battling parties ultimately Agreed. IT'S just outstanding what good things can come about when cooler heads ultimately prevail.
