thanks for sharing that LG. So...based on the ruling ECAPS comes before the other CTs from what I'm interpreting....but there will likely still be waterfall likely to come to CTs subsequently....that how you are reading this?

WROOOOONG......LG, Lehman Bros.was an investment bank, and THE FDIC COULD NOT, AND DID NOT SEIZE IT!!!!!!!!!.........the investment banking activities was taken over by Barclays Bank, and LEHMAN FILED BANKRUPTCY.....again, you are comparing apples to oranges that since Lehman will pay out long dormant notes, that WAMU will do the same!!!!!!....the FDIC has a 14.6 billion dollar shortfall in the Receivership for WAMU...equity shareholders will get nothing when the FDIC shuts it down....quit spreading false hopes on the message board... WMIH has already stated no recovery of previous assets that WAMU, or WMI held.....
