I'm not a fan of silicone pans.
Regular ones, or if you can find them, cast iron.

I've got hundred like the ones in this picture.
I used them when I was making Yorkies for the legion dinners.
That's about all they were good for.

Have you tried the silicone muffins pans?

I tried silicone muffin and loaf pans long ago, and didn't like them. So long ago, I don't remember why.
