Exactly. People forget that BP doesn't need any cash or anything from the new company. This is the way I think the NDA's are running...

BP says "We will fund everything if certain milestones are met in exchange for _____ shares"

OR... "We will fund everything if certain milestones are met in exchange for ____ % of all revenue in perpetuity"

I think that's why the Home Run MAB from Regeneron, 17092 that's listed on their site, is in limbo. The start date was supposed to be on Halloween... When do you delay a Home Run when you're a BP that has a MC of $92B? When it doesn't belong to you, that's when.

The new company won't need to spend a dime either way since they will print shares or just give a percentage of the revenue. In my mind, this is like a Giant Shark Tank deal...

But most important, while the bashers are complaining that ENZC didn't uplist AND STAY in the OTC instead of going to Nasdaq, the only reason they looked for a SPAC was because they have something or 3 somethings... If not, they would have remained on the OTC toiling away, hoping something happened.
