Now I do recall the update last year that they had all reached a settlement on the matter. Just never saw the actual documentation you posted.

So it seems to me that they had some type of agreement in place, then it fell apart? Did ENZC f**k up the case? I recall posts around the time saying they failed to file some response. So he got his shares and apparently dumped them on that .13 run I guess we’re assuming. So it’s only “alleged by ENZC” that he “stole” the 70 million shares at this point despite the fact there was an agreement reached at some point during the first case and then he seems to have won it outright? What a damn shitshow. Talk about confusing. I should have expected nothing less from these idiots.

The deal with Savov predated CC and the 2020 merger. Sounds like CC couldn't do much about it since Harry apparently didn't come up with a written contract to defend the claim. JMHO.
However, it appears that CC on behalf of ENZC has sued Savov in a Texas court for the claims that the other judge claimed he didn't have jurisdiction over, plus CC some added new claims. So, that would be an ENZC asset if he wins. JMHO.
