lj: I don't like NOG's free cash flow and big debt. I know that VTLE's management is focused on debt, but no little about Northern's management. If oil dropped $10 a barrel, would their cash flow fall off of a cliff? In other words, is the dividend safe. Who knows. Ironically, and this will make u smack your head, I don't have to worry about VTLE have to reduce a dividend!
With 20-20 hindsight, which I had bought NOG at the 52-week low. Hope U got some cheap shares.
