and here is an actual SEC document stating JPM paid 1.88 billion dollars in total for Banks, and banking assets of WAMU, and that no more payments were to be made ... in fact, when the GSA was approved, JPM was awarded 600 million dollars from WMI for soured MBS putbacks.... the document is the Independent audited 2013 WMIH 10-K Fresh Start Accounting document filed to the SEC... I repeat, "Initial payment" was just an administrative fee.

Why dont people seem to understand that it was not called "Payment in full"?
