Assets are irrelevant to marketcap, marketcap is simply multiplying share price by shares outstanding, if we want share price to rise, we need volume and buying to increase share price, simple as that. And besides, this $450m is stupid, it's diluted shares in a spac with no cash, what a damn joke
Just an example not related to enzc. A business gross is 450 mill but it spends 450 million. Net profit from this transaction is zero on the business end. Why would the share price change?
