Speaking of using TA and FA successful, I just took some massive profits off the table on playing the $TLT as a proxy for my bets on longer term interest rates.

I love me them capital gains, but I am keeping some $TLT for the dividend cash flow, which is something I'd never do pre-retirement.

Draw up some charts on the 10-year treasury rate or the note if you have time. Either or works fine just depends if you like your charts looking bullish or bearish.
