Depends what you call a naked short.

There is 100% some market manipulation going on via the MMs.

Question is: Do they keep trading shares back and forth to each other.

Or do they SAY they are trading shares back and forth to each other, and not actually delivering them/write them off as longs. Pretty sure thats considered naked shorting.
