Ramfan, agreed. I don't care how much they make for themselves, as long as it is not at the expense of shareholders.

But as I said, it's important that shareholders have their eyes wide open. I know Sarissa knows what they are doing (as a hedge fund manager), but I also don't trust them one bit. They've been caught insider trading. They've been caught violating their duties to their board and to shareholders. And shares seem to mysteriously "vanish" from filings - apparently to funds outside the jurisdiction of what the SEC requires you to report on.
