With yesterdays ruling by the PTAB on the 054 patent, I can't see how the price won't droop significantly today. And I'm sure there will be other patent IPR's deemed as not patentable also.
That being said? There are already other NLST patents which have been affirmed as patentable by the PTAB. And I'm positive there will be more. Once the dust settles, we'll know where we stand.
Unfortunately, all this just adds up to more time waiting to see what happens. Everyone has decisions to make. To stay invested or move on.
I'm staying invested and I feel confident that my investment in NLST will be a profitable one.
